pd hari yang sama aqiqah dilaksanakan.. kami bawak balik sebahagian daging ke kampung untuk dimasak dan packing nasi untuk org surau.. coz tahlil untuk arwah mak dan abah diadakan disurau..

so menunya ialah nasi beriyani, kari daging, daging masak merah dan acar timun nenas.. semuanya kami gotong-royong adik beradik..

This window I bought in early 2010.. it comes with the curtain uolls..

the decorative flower and pots below are originally derived from my imagination ;)

For me, instead of leaving the window with the curtain itself .. it doesn't look outstanding yo..that's why I came out with an idea to give a lil touch by putting those pink flowers .. (match kan dengan color curtain tue) 

 and

pots with small flowers tu pun mak sukee ;)

  I love sharing the ideas with my fella readers..

you are welcome to try this idea for ya window too!

Aqiqah Edylea & Adam

aqiqah untuk anak² kami telah dilaksanakan sehari sebelum menyambut Hari Raya Aidiladha yang lepas..

7 bahagian lembu dikongsi bersama adik ipar kami dan agenda tersebut diadakan di Batu Kurau,Perak

(rumah mertua adik ipar)

kami bertolak dari Sungai Petani pada pukul 5.00 pagi..

elok sampai di Batu Kurau pukul 8.30 pagi..

 sesampainya kami diperkarangan rumah mertua adik ipar.. org² kampung dah ready nak menjalankan aqiqah tersebut..

nama² anak² kami disebut dan diterangkankan kepada pakcik yg akan menyembelih lembu tu nanti..

 dah disembelih... 

 edylea dan adam teruja tengok lembu dilapah...

time ni nak keluarkan perut lembu..

ni lah perut lembu...yang telah dikeluarkan..

tulang rusuk ni buat sup sedappp!

berat wooo peha lembu neh...

 siap naik motor nak dihantar ke rumah untuk dimasak..

short holiday in KL

Those are among the moments captured during our short holiday in KL.

Our main agenda was specifically to invite our old neighbours to attend my brother's wedding day on 3rd of Dec 2011

that's why both of my parents were coming along..

We arrived in KL dah pukul 6pm (Hari Sabtu)..after Maghrib we're off to have dinner somewhere nearby my brother's home. Lepas makan terus menuju ke...

we bought cute little items jee...big² size stuff takde chance nak hangkut balik ...

the next morning.. bermulalah upacara menziarah jiran tetangga sewaktu kami tinggal di Batu Caves..

ni kedai makan kawan ayah...kat taman selayang

merasa la jugak nasi lemak for breakfast ...

time ni we're off for dinner kat Restoran Pak Tam somewhere nearby Stadium MPS ... Mee Rebus Pak Tam still the best!

ahad malam kami bertolak balik ke SP. Alhamdulillah urusan menjemput dah selesai untuk tetamu di KL..lepas ni belah utara pulak..

Esok nak gi jalan² ke KL..lama rasanya tak ke sana. Bawa mak ayah sekali gi lepak rumah adik di Segambut Jaya. Acara jalan² ni sebenarnya bertujuan untuk menjemput jiran tetangga dan kawan² menghadiri majlis perkahwinan adik yg akan berlangsung pd 03/12/2011..

 recipe ni baru first attempt buat..

luckily it turned out to be not so bad..

edylea was helping her mama kacau fresh milk with eggs with vanilla essence with lil bit of salt with sugar
pukul sehingga sebati
then all together masuk kan ke dalam baking pan yg ready with the bread, brown sugar and raisins..

bake for about 45 mins with 150'c

and the outcome will be like this

Aktiviti makan² ni adalah semasa penghujung syawal hari tu. They're my besties kat office. I took half day leave untuk buat sedikit preparations as they wanted to 'beraya' dirumah I after office hours.

I cooked for macaroni cheese, sardine roll and fried wedges

for drinks...iced lemon tea and hot coffee

tin ni lama dah berkenan cuma hari jumaat tu lepas balik office rasa nak singgah kedai english..so ternampak tin herb neh terus bayar!

Ini my first attempt nak buat pin cushion.. ye la excited nak buat then letak dalam sewing box so that pin kecik² ni tak dok merata tempat..
